2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using the site, you confirm you are 18+ and legally permitted to access this type of entertainment in your location.

3) Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not create accounts for anyone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the service or users.

4) Acceptable use

Virtual chips/coins/items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. They may be modified, removed, or reset at any time. They are not property, have no real-world value, and are not redeemable.

6) Intellectual property and your content

We (or our licensors) own the site, games, and associated content. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law. If you submit content (e.g., feedback, chat, images), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display it to operate and improve the service, and you confirm you have the rights to submit it.

7) Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Features may vary and may not be available on all devices.

8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to NZD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event (whichever is greater). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

10) Disputes, governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, with venue in Auckland where permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when the latest version applies. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
